Upon inital exam and xrays, I found out I had an improper neck posture and was advised that chiropractic treatment can help me get my neck curve back. I was determined to improve my health so I joined Dr Joshua's practice. I also joined the gym 3x a week and would exercise to help strengthen my body. After a few treatments, I began to notice improvements. I started paying more attention to my posture. The adjustments done by Dr Joshua helped to correct my neck alignment. I began to feel more energetic and less in pain, particularly in the lower back. Chiropractic care is definitely helping to improve my body's physical function.
